Core Structure and Working Principle
Structural Design: The 1PC ball valve has an integrated body, the 2PC design consists of two bolted components, and the 3PC design allows the body to be split for easier maintenance. Control Principle: Flow is regulated by rotating the ball core 0°–90°, changing the cross-sectional area of the flow path. V-shaped ball cores provide linear or equal-percentage flow characteristics. When combined with an electric positioner, precise angular positioning is achievable, with an adjustment accuracy of ±1% and hysteresis ≤0.5%, suitable for fine flow control from very low to high flow rates.
